Liz Perez-LoPresti is a proud Los Angeles native, she graduated from nearby Wilson High School.  She currently directs her family’s real estate portfolio in Mexico.  She is concurrently pursuing a PhD at UCLA’s Graduate School of Education where she studies Social Research Methodology with a focus on Qualitative Inquiry and Program Evaluation.  Her research interests include Latino populations, parent engagement, early childhood systems, instrument validity and participatory evaluation.  She previously spent 10 years directing the early childhood education research and evaluation portfolio at Juarez & Associates, a social policy research and consulting firm.  She received BA in Urban Studies and Public Policy from Sarah Lawrence College in New York and has served as a board member of their alumni association.  Liz and her husband, David, have been married for almost 10 years and have a 5 year old daughter and an almost 2 year old son. They love spending time with their large extended family celebrating birthdays, bautizos and weddings. ​

Rick Rosen is the head of the television department at WME. A founding member of the Endeavor Agency, he played a critical role in orchestrating its 2009 merger with the William Morris Agency. In 2014, WME acquired IMG, expanding Rosen’s role to oversee the company’s broadcast, sports broadcast, marketing, and golf divisions as well.
Rosen’s clients include Dick Wolf (“Law & Order”, “Chicago” Franchises), Howard Gordon (“Homeland,” “24”), Alex Gansa (“Homeland”), Tim Kring (“Heroes”), Conan O’Brien, Linwood Boomer (“Malcolm in the Middle”), Hagai Levi (“In Treatment”), Max Mutchnick (“Will & Grace”), Scott Pelley (“60 Minutes”), Sarah Treem (“The Affair”), and Michael Weithorn (“King of Queens”).  He also represents notable production companies, such as Hat Trick Productions (“Whose Line Is It Anyway?” “Episodes”), and Keshet Broadcasting (“Homeland,” “Tyrant,” “Dig”).
Prior to founding Endeavor in 1995, Rosen spent four years heading the television packaging department at International Creative Management (ICM). He began his entertainment career working for Jonathan Dolgen at Columbia Pictures’ business affairs department, where he honed his skills for seven years. Rosen then segued to Orion Television, quickly ascending to the rank of Senior Vice President of Creative Affairs for the network television division.
Rosen currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Leadership Academy and the Alliance for Children’s Rights. He also serves on the Peabody Awards Board of Advisors and as the Chair of the Executive Committee of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. He is the former president of the Board of Directors of the Hollywood Radio & Television Society, and was inducted into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame in 2012.

Mona Field has had a lifelong career in education, starting as an educator at Evans Adult School in Los Angeles teaching English as a Second Language and then transitioning to teaching sociology and political science at Glendale Community College. She has also taught and lectured at other venues, including UCLA Extension, California State University, Sacramento in the Community College Leadership Program and the California School Employees Association Leadership Training Program. Mona was elected four times by the voters of the Los Angeles Community College District to serve as a member of the Governing Board of the nation’s largest community college district. During her time in the community college system, she worked on numerous projects such as promoting green building and sustainable campuses, moving welfare recipients into higher education, and developing a new generation of elementary level teachers. She also helped start one of the first AmeriCorp funded volunteer service learning centers in the country.
Mona has facilitated workshops and panels for a range of organizations including the Faculty Association of the California Community Colleges, the Community College League of California, and the California Studies Center. She has written dozens of articles about education, labor, and public policy for numerous publications, including the Journal of Political Science and Politics, Policy Awareness
Quarterly, and many more.
Mona is currently 2 nd Vice President of the Board of the League of Women Voters Los Angeles. She is also a member of the Board of the Los Angeles Leadership Academy, a public K-12 school with a focus on social justice and on the Board of the Foundation for the Los Angeles Community College District. She actively volunteers in a variety of educational organizations. In the past Mona served as a Vice President of the California Federation of Teachers, President of the Glendale College Guild (American Federation of Teachers Local 2276), member of the Board of Governors of the Faculty Association of California Community Colleges, member of the Advisory Committee of the Center for California Studies (CSUS) and member of the Benchmarks Task Force of the Southern California Association of Governments.

David Nickoll is a Showrunner/Writer/Producer/Director. For the past 3 1/2 years, he served as Vice President, Executive Producer NFL NOW and Alternative Programming for the NFL Media Group. 
Prior to joining the NFL, he was the Head Writer for “@Midnight with Chris Hardwick” on Comedy Central.  He was the Head Writer for the nationally syndicated “The Queen Latifah Show” (Sony/CBS).  
He served as the Showrunner/ Executive Producer of the weekly series “Infomania” on Current TV.  He was the Showrunner/Co-Executive Producer of “The Aisha Tyler Show,” a talk show pilot for ABC. 
David was the Head Writer for CBS’ “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.” Prior to Ferguson, David was a Writer and Segment Producer/Director for “The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn” from 1999-2004. 
David began his career as at “Saturday Night Live” where he worked on the show’s commercial parodies and remotes. David is a member of AFTRA, DGA, and WGA, and a Founding Board Member of the Williamstown Film Festival. He serves on the Alumni Board of Harvard-Westlake School and is the Board Chair of the Los Angeles Leadership Academy, an LAUSD Charter school. He is also a Board Member of the Los Angeles Parks Foundation. 
​David is a graduate of Williams College. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.

Austin J. Lee is a Managing Director with Deloitte Advisory specializing in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and valuations for financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Mr. Lee has over 15 years of financial consulting experience, specializing in the valuation of business enterprises, intangible assets and entertainment/media assets for financing, primarily in the consumer products, technology, media and entertainment sectors.
Mr. Lee formerly served as a Professional Accounting Fellow at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. As a fellow, Mr. Lee participated in various working groups responsible for financial market regulation and accounting policy.
In his spare time, Mr. Lee serves as the finance committee chair on the Board of Directors at Los Angeles Leadership Charter School, located in Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles and serves as a member of the Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV) credential committee at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Mr. Lee earned a Masters of Accounting degree from the Ross School of Business and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Mr. Lee holds an active CPA license in the State of California and an ABV credential issued by the AICPA.

In 2014, Sarabia was named President of the studio, which is a subsidiary of Endemol Shine North America. 51 Minds now has some of the hottest unscripted shows on cable TV, several franchises spawning spin-off series and a slew of new shows coming to multiple networks/platforms in the months ahead.
51 Minds’ Below Deck and Below Deck: Mediterranean on Bravo are two of the fastest-growing reality programs on any platform and the studio is behind two hit series with actor/rapper T.I., including T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle on VH1 and The Grand Hustle on BET. Last year, 51 Minds launched popular new series Truck Night in America on History and its producing upcoming seriesUnspouse My House for HGTV, as well as original film Beats for Netflix with Global Road Entertainment.
Starting at the very bottom of a burgeoning medium, Sarabia paid his dues on the ground level of the “celebreality” explosion, assisting, coordinating, and finally producing a number of memorable VH1 hits that put reality on the map. After stints on The Surreal Life and Flavor of Love, Sarabia worked his way up as an assistant director, supervising producer and, finally, executive producer on such successful series as VH1’s For the Love of Ray J and CBS’ Same Name. 
Solidifying his position as a seasoned showrunner, Sarabia shepherded future hits Marrying the Game and TI & Tiny: The Family Hustle from early development to landmark television mainstays. Having subsequently produced and sold hundreds of hours of reality programming to both cable and broadcast networks alike, Sarabia took the reins at reality mainstay 51 Minds five years ago with an eye towards further groundbreaking programming.

Justin Brimmer is a Business Manager and owner of Unorthodox Inc. His clients include actors, athletes, and other in-front/ behind the camera entertainment professionals. Justin has over 8 years of experience in the financial and business management industry. Justin attended and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Pre-Law degree in three years. He holds various investment licenses and financial designations due to his desire for continued education. Justin is married to his 6th grade sweetheart and they have four beautiful children together.  He enjoys spending time with family and attends the movie theaters at least twice a week! ​

​Jorge Enrique Mutis is a Project Designer at Perkins and Will currently leading the design for Destination Crenshaw, an open-air museum spanning 1.3 miles along Crenshaw Boulevard in south Los Angeles. His most recent built project is the King's College Hospital in Dubai. Prior to this, Jorge designing multiple mixed-use residential projects while working at Folonis Architects.  Most notably, the Millennium Santa Monica, a 365-unit development scheduled for completion in 2019.  Jorge played an integral role in the design awards earned by the firm.
In 2017, Jorge was nominated to be part of the Perkins and Will Next Generation Designers, an honor that celebrates emerging design talent across the firm. In 2018, he was elected to the Perkins and Will Global Leadership Institute, a 16-member bi-annual year long program focusing on nurturing the future leaders of the company. Jorge is a member of the National Organization of Minority Architects (Noma), part of the Young Leaders Committee in the Los Angeles chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is actively supporting advocacy efforts in the City Council Districts of south Los Angeles.
Jorge earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc). Prior to his undergraduate degree, he joined the Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater Residency Program.
Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, at the age of 17, Jorge and his family moved to the United States. Now, 17 years later, he firmly believes each human has the responsibility to better the world and as an architect, his mission has just begun. Jorge currently lives in Los Angeles.
